The park, formerly known as "Mingde Training Center" (Disciplinary Training Center), has been renovated by Huang Shengyuan's Fieldoffice Architects and Chen Yi-Chieh’s art studio, with the concept of releasing the space and leaving a blank space for Jiaoxi. The dangerous old buildings were demolished, the indicative spaces were preserved, and the different styles of the north and south plazas were reshaped. The musical light sculpture exhibition planned by light sculptor Chen Yi-Chieh (Agi Chen) - "Mountain Light Pulsation" echoes the nighttime streetlights on the ancient Paoma Trail in the mountains of Jiaoxi. It extends all the way to the park at the bottom of the mountain, and is presented through the design of music and light, the projected content is juxtaposed with the local sound and ecology of Jiaoxi as well as the surrounding environment.
